Welcome to RIXE.

The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to RIXE. RIXE operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

RIXE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

  • Errors or omissions in content

  • Loss or damage resulting from content or products made available through the Services

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, savings or data, replacement costs and similar losses, whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or another legal basis, even if advised that such loss may occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RIXE, Shopify and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages or liabilities—including reasonable legal fees—arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable law

  • Your violation of another party’s rights

  • Your access to or use of the Services

We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim. A delay in notification will not release you from your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices your ability to respond.

We may control the defence and settlement of a claim at your expense, including the selection of legal counsel. We will not agree to a settlement that places a non-monetary obligation on you without your reasonable consent.

You agree to cooperate with the defence of an indemnified claim, including by providing relevant information and documents.
